  On Google, it claims that this place opens at 10AM on Saturdays, eventhough Google says this store opens at 9:30AM. The lady behind the counter claimed they open at 10AM. I was 9 whole minutes early, so I left. I went to another location that was open and had better service.

  Asked for purchase a box to put it in when it is already inside my original box. That is totally unnecessary ‼️

  I've used this Friendswood UPS store over the years and it has been just fine. I had a bad experience today. The store was littered with leaves, etc. When I asked to use their dolly the answer was no, because of a flat tire. That was an outright lie. She told me to go get a cart from Kroger. When I brought my heavy box in they refused to help me unload it. I had to go get my wife to help. There were two workers plus the unfriendly manager.

  I would give this place 0 stars if it was an option. They are beyond rude and not at all helpful. Take your business some where else.

  The employee was super nice and very professional. Went out of her way to help me with my label problem which she was able to fix.
