  Went in today (9/20/2026) during the evening and ask for a six pack of cookies. The lady (Maria) first acted as if I said something wrong or wasn't welcomed there. Then she ignored me when I ask were they baked this morning. As she was getting a box to put my cookies in and I was asking my question which she again ignored, another customer walked in and she simply left what she was doing with me and walked over to the customer and proceeded to help him. I truly don't like to bring race into the equation but it's obvious that it was the issue. The other customer and myself were from two different race/culture and so was she. Obviously she favored his ethnicity enough to completely walk away from helping me as the customer who was there first. Even the young guy was surprised. I think if he was a older he would've shown his integrity and told her to finish helping me first. There was actually another younger female there as well who rolled her eyes when I asked Maria what her name was. So sad, 2026 we're still dealing with such hateful issues. This gives the Subway Brand a bad name and adds tarnish to their overall great reputation. I'll NEVER visit this particular location again!

  Picking up a mobile order sucks let them know I was there to pick up a order and they proceed making new customer orders
