  If I could give zero stars, I would. Everything was fine until we needed to cancel. We talked to two people at their office and sent an email stating our intentions. They refused to let us cancel. We had to call the Allstate corporate office to terminate our policies. Not worth the headache if you ever want to change.

  Holly did a great job in helping me with all of my questions and was able to tailor a very competitive insurance rate for my home and auto! She was very knowledgeable and was able to get me up and running today, and she handled all the communication to switch policies, which saved a lot of time! It is great to see All State quoting Homeowners Insurance in the area again, and I would recommend Holly and All State for any insurance needs!

  Holly had been trying to quote my home and auto insurance for the last couple of years, but I had been busy or just renewed with my current provider. I'm glad I finally took the time for her to quote my auto. She saved me money and made sure I had only what I needed. We will review my home next year since I had just renewed it. Thank you!

  I had a cost issue regarding Windstorm Insurance. I was given a quote from a Farmer's Insurance agent that was approximately 60% lower than what I'm currently paying. I contacted Miranda Garcia, a Allstate representative from the office of Judy Wiggins regarding this matter. She researched the supporting Farmer's Insurance documentation I supplied and found that the policy that Farmer recommended was severely lacking in coverage and totally unacceptable. Based on Miranda inputs and a sense of prudence, I decided that it's to my advantage to maintain Allstate Insurance and the Judy Wiggins organization as my agent. My experience with Miranda Garcia in resolving this matter was outstanding.
