Jennifer and the other members of her staff called me and sent me multiple emails demanding that I sign a paper that was postdated for 2021. I didn't find out until much later that she was being audited, which explains her behavior. It is unacceptable for your agent to request that you sign paperwork marked with an earlier date.
After that, I made an effort to terminate my policy. When I called her on January 6, she gave me instructions to write her an email requesting that my policy be terminated. After waiting ten days for a response, I decided to send a follow-up email along with the one that I had written on January 6. The response I received was AUTOMATED, and it informed me that I was canceling through the incorrect channel!! As another slap in the face, the automated email gave me a 1-800 number that kept routing me to her voicemail. Of course, no answer. I was forced to use the chat function on the All-state website, so much for customer service.
When a separate office manager was in charge of this location, everything functioned quite well. The former worker took care of everything and responded quickly to my requests for assistance. Jennifer and I had never even exchanged a word in all the years that I had been a customer until she required my signature for her interests.
This office is not worth your time or money; stay away from it. Do some comparison shopping, because the premiums charged by All-State have significantly increased for everyone.
