  The employee working today was extremely rude and acted like she didn’t want to be there. I was polite throughout the interaction and even said “thank you” after receiving my order, but she completely ignored me and said nothing back. A little basic customer service and kindness goes a long way. It felt very unwelcoming and disappointing!

  I think this might be the best Subway location in lower Brazoria County. Unlike other locations in the area, I never seen to have any problems at the Freeport store. Staff is friendly, food is fresh and well-made, they never seem to 'run out' of the items that I want, and I think the lobby might also be larger than at most other locations as well. Overall a pleasant experience.
