  Came to return an Amazon purchase. The female associate was so nice and pointed me in the direction of the new kiosks. She even showed me how to wrap the package and where to place the return label. I was double checking where to place the package and she said, "right in there" gesturing to the hole in the counter. There was a label that said "no trash". I joked and told the lady that I was just double checking I didn't put it in the trash. The male (with glasses) worker said rudely, " There's a sign that says no trash, probably assuming I didn't hear. I told him, I realize there's a sign that says no trash, but people are dumb and make mistakes. It costs nothing to be a smart ass, but it's also free to just be quiet and do your job. Absolutely unnecessary and unprofessional.

  I needed to mail a small padded envelope to Arizona and pay for a return larger envelope back to Texas. The drop in Arizona was only a pick up and mail so they couldn’t process the postage amount which is why I needed it done here. The woman told me it was over $30 for this one small 4X6 padded envelope. Then she continued and the larger 8X10 envelope with more weight was $24. I explained that this made no sense for something smaller and lighter to be charged more. She just continued to tell me that’s what it is. She was the only one that could process the paperwork and I had a line behind me quite long so I finally said fine, Let’s do it. After I left, and my mistake for not looking at the time, I saw that it was five days no guarantee to get there for one tiny envelope. I paid $55 to mail one small envelope and one 8X10 back with no overnight, no 2 day. She didn’t even give me that option, which I would have checked into. I turned around and went back in, again many people in line and she was the only one to do the processing. I waited for 30 minutes while she was copying one sheet for one customer as the line grew longer and longer. I finally left because I was sure I would get no satisfaction from her anyway. There was one other very young employee that could only take packages from the front to the back. Apparently, that was his only job. In the future, I would drive 100 miles to avoid this place. Don’t go there unless you want to be grossly overcharged for bad service with a bad attitude.

  Every time I have been to the 78624 location, they are friendly, helpful, quick, and polite.

  Big lack of communication in this store. I have had several instances. Today’s was for printing. There was no listing or conversation about pricing. There were technical difficulties, and no communication about that - just walking back and forth. I had to leave for an appt and come back. Still no apology or communication about any of the above. I was charged $58.96 for four 11x17 (simple) prints. Charging $12.99 per piece AND a service fee. Will NOT be printing with them in the future.
