  Sawyer is such a great employee. He's warm, welcoming, and friendly. I could see the care he put into making my sandwiches while making polite conversation. This young man is a natural with customer service and I hope someday he is recognized for it.

  Apparently subway got rid of everything for the kids meals except the sub. We ordered online today. Got there to pick up and the lady said they didn’t have the juice box we can get a bottle of water. I said can we just get the milk or a small fountain drink instead? She said no we don’t have milk and you can’t get a fountain drink. A bottle of water only. They didn’t have the apple sauce and I could not switch it for chips. Only 2 cookies. Apparently they haven’t had anything for the kids meals in months and she said she has been telling them to please take it off the menu. Well I was ok with the cookies even though my son didn’t need them but my son did not want water. We had cold waters in the car already. Also all the water bottles were frozen. I tried to bring it up to the staff but she ran off and the other employee was busy with a customer so my son got no drink, no applesauce and just sub. If they aren’t going to have 3/4 of the stuff for a kids meal why offer it? And why only offer a frozen water bottle instead of a bottled drink or soft drink. It’s not my fault they didn’t have what went into the kids meal. They said I couldn’t get a small drink instead of juice/milk because it costs more. I’ll never take my business back to subway. Sorry. The sandwiches were ok. That’s about it.

  If you are on lake Palestine and you want Subway, I would highly advise to go to this location instead of the other on 155 in Flint. This store always has super friendly and fast service. They also take all subway coupons. And they are , on average , three dollars cheaper than the other location.

  Me and my wife ordered on the app went to pick up order was not right went back the lady behind the counter was very rude to my wife all we wanted was are food made right The we received a phone call from the manager refusing to do business with us and telling us theyll flag and to not return to subway in Frankston tx all because we ask for are food to be make correctly Smh
