  My meatball subs have been horrible lately. Either there’s not enough sauce, or there’s so much it’s all over the paper. Today my sandwich is so hard I can’t eat the bread (and it’s not toasted) and the meatballs are burnt! This place has gone way down hill and I don’t recommend.

  Just horrible attitudes here all the time and the manager don't seem to care every time you go in there It's like an inconvenience. We have a running joke, always say i'm going to go down here and get me a attitude sandwich today lol

  All good except the bread was not fresh at all. Kinda hard and dry.

  I want to say this subway executed perfectly a large order we had for about 20 student athletes while in town for a sporting event. I notified the store ahead of time, and the employee I spoke to was so nice to work with us, as well as the manager. They had the order ready on the day of, right on time, and were very efficient and friendly when we picked it up. Thank you for A+ service Franklin Subway!
