  Placed an online order and they forgot a full combo meal. Was told they could re make it and I could pick it up. When I got to the restaurant they had forgot to put the order in. Cook time is slow and had to wait an additional 30 minutes, lot of issues with this location. Just standing there, multiple people had come in with issues with their food and wait times being crazy. Staff not helpful and gave the same answer to every customer without really checking on orders

  I recently order online using the Wingstop app for delivery. My status was updated 30 min after ordering saying my order was on its way. 15 min later it said my order was cancelled. The store did not reach out to us we had to call. By this time it was an hour and 20 min later. We asked for our food to be remade and a full refund. Which we were told they couldn’t give us a full refund and they also could not ask for another driver because the first one canceled. I had to go to the store and GET my order. I again asked for a full refund which they would not do. Braylon Abbot was extremely rude and said he couldn’t provide me a refund for the entire order. He also said they don’t show proof of refunds either. It was obvious he does not know how to perform his job as a shift lead. I will be contacting corporate as well as the district manager.

  They didn't wear gloves in kitchen area.. So I changed mind walked out!!! Food safety standards are top number one.. Ill make sure my family don't order food there anymore..
