I’m not the type to write reviews (like ever) but after this visit I had to.Im new to the area and get nervous in new spaces but the manager (Neisha) was so friendly and inviting. The atmosphere is so open thanks to the beautiful windows and very very clean.Plus they were fully stocked on straws, lids, and paper towels-which I appreciate since as someone with social anxiety I HATE having to ask for extras. They also have one of the classic soda machines instead of one of those fancy shmancy red ones that’s out of syrup half the time. You can also see the TV perfectly from any seat. The location is great too since there’s a bunch of shops nearby to shop at after you eat.i didn’t see anyone waiting more then 6 or 7 minutes for food.Overall definitely recommend!!

I used to love this location over the Crowley location but the management at this location is lacking a lot. I ordered food around 7pm on 05/04 a call in order mind you to save time, I ordered a 30 piece family meal so I get to the location about 15 minutes later just for them to tell me the system was having issues and if we have cash and no we absolutely had no cash never carry cash by this time it's almost 8pm already. I asked them if the order was ready they said yes so I asked what's the solution to this problem? I have 3 kids at home waiting for food on a Monday night which is a school night and the manager is on the phone trying to get fixed which is fine but you literally have a whole line of customers on the store who need assistance which need solutions. At this point it's about an hr already after ordering so I'm upset and asked if the order is ready if I dan just get my order since it's going to just sit there or get thrown away especially because we had no idea how long it was going to take to get the system back up and for the inconvenience or some kind of compensation and the manager says she can't give us the order because they count the wings every night which makes no sense because they were going to throw them away anyways. So now you just have a whole bunch of angry customers there was even a guy there that ordered $100 worth of wings Which he ended up, leaving that as well so now you're just wasting all of these wings and having a bunch of angry customers and having no solution at all. Then she tells us that she needs to remake the order because it's cold and we told her there's no point of remaking it because we have no cash. I guess she figured we would go get some cash and started making the order again and we ended up just telling her we aren't leaving because at this point it was already 9 PM way past the kids Bedtime so we ended up getting something else and I'm sure at the end of the night she ended up throwing away from my order a total of 60 wings and however, many other wings From other customers. Overall, it was just very poor management. She was not trying to give a solution or compensate anybody for the inconvenience and now there's wasted wings and a bad reviews. This has nothing to do with the food or the employees because the guy in the front was being very emphatic like I said lack of management skills she had no clue how to handle this situation ,

May 4th, around 8:30 PM , this should NOT be happening. Went in with my kids on a school night. Their credit card system was down, and we were told to wait. We ended up waiting over an HOUR just trying to pay. At the end, they told us to go to another location at 9:30 PM , past my kids’ bedtime. I asked what happens to the wings we waited for, and was told they get thrown away. The manager still refused to offer any solution or compensation. We left with nothing after an hour of waiting because of THEIR issue. Unacceptable. Do better.

Don’t go to this location unless you want unseasoned cold fries. Every time I order, my fries are cold and unseasoned. Oh my wings are barely seasoned too. I got the hot honey rub, and they are dry with no honey. To the staff: if you hate your job then quit. There is no reason for you all to be unfriendly and unprofessional. Doing a horrible job. Find a job that you actually enjoy, that makes you want care about your work ethic skills.

Nesha, the store manager at the Red Dirt location, needs a rise! I visit this store often and I like my wings well done. I normally order online but it's hit or miss meaning the wings are still what I call soft sometimes. I decided to call my order in today and explain what I really wanted. Nesha nailed it!! And little did I know she recognized me and remembered how I liked my wings. I've been in an industry that is heavily driven by customer service for over 30yrs. Nesha demonstrates a skill set that is unfortunately fading away so its refreshing when I experience it. Great job Nesha!!
