    While the food is almost always good and fresh, everytime I order online I’m given 5 drums and 1 flat. Or 8 drums and 2 flats. I shouldn’t have to order flats only just to get an even count.

    So much cleaner, friendlier, faster and better overall than the Benbrook location - which would be closest to me. We drive to the White Settlement location when we want wings. When we walked in this evening, both cashiers greeted us with a smile, one was wiping down the soda station, restocking supplies and the other pulling to-go orders. Everyone was working hard and taking pride in their areas. Great job!!!

    Fourth time I order online carryout to avoid wait. Fourth time they find a way to mess it up. I tried giving benefit of doubt but today is clear they cant make food in advance regardless of online order / call in. Im willing to look over soggy fries, missed items in order or some slight time delay. Today when I asked the employee about my order she could not find it. Asks if I ordered to correct store. I go outside and I confirm with my email, her response after I showed her "someone will help you" my order has had now more than 30 minutes to be made. No apologies no response. I was not mean nor rude I understand being busy. Holy crap i am mindblown. After waiting another 15 minutes for my order to be "rushed", I walk in and surprise surprise. Nobody was making it. I spoke to the manager and now he is making it. Almost 1 hr. For "fast" food. My apology was "system shut down", thats understandable but watching 30 people get their food makes me think its bs.
