  Asif Rajabali I'm giving your store a one and that's being kind. I can't even give 2 stars for your customer service its piss poor. The whole idea of not giving out your name is ridiculous. Your food does not meet my standards and should not meet your standards. Your consistency is not there. Stop hiring children to run your store. Cold old unedible fries. Wings not cooked with the extra 2 minutes and extra seasoning that was requested. I shouldn't have to come home and re-cook my food in an air fryer and season it with my seasoning after paying yall. It's just getting ridiculous. Yall, need to do an in service and get this corrected. I know I'm not the only one. Wingstop on Bryant Irving in Fort Worth. Do better get better get it together!!!!

  Really appreciate the team today. They really take care of their regular’s. Today they had an abnormal busy line, mostly from someone taking all their employees out to eat. Instead of taking care of everyone in line, she took a break and handed me my online order. Excellent customer service that need’s recognition. This is a good store and their wing’s are well sauced. Thanks again! ✌️
