  Terrible customer service, had to wait over 5 minutes for someone to come out of the back just to pick up my food. Mind you they had plenty of workers. One of the workers was sitting there eating fries as he’s bagging food… don’t go to this location

  The fries were cold and tastes like it still needed to cook, the cheese tasted like it sat with the potatoes, and the chicken tasted like it was made in the same oil as the fries. They also made my order wrong I ordered classic and got boneless instead.

  They don’t know how to answer the phone I’ve called multiple times they never answer So I went up there stood in the store, called and they just listen to the phone ring they never answer or even acknowledge that the phone is ringing and it’s loud and clear that it’s ringing

  My order was messed up at first but the young lady Meesha was so nice and made sure everything was fixed. I appreciate her taking the time out to correct the issue and make sure i was left satisfied. Mistakes happen but im glad it was corrected and quick

  Called them 9 times today no answer AT ALL. I ordered last night around 12:40am and they accepted and completed my order, when I arrived I was told I was basically out of luck and to try and get my order tomorrow from a different work crew 🤦‍♂️. I ordered through the app with my LAST and was just blew off like it didn’t matter. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE.
