  They forgot our ranch with our 40 wing order. Had my daughter go back and ask for it, they gave her 1 and charged for additional ones. Ridiculous.

  I'm not usually one to leave bad reviews, only good ones, but my experience with this restaurant has been horrible and I feel the need to warn others! The food is okay, but the fries are not made properly nor are they seasoned. I also believe they were fried in peanut oil due to the taste and strong smell but the restaurant claims they were not! Customer service is here very poor. The girl Elizabeth that answered the phone each time I called was very short and rude, and refused any type of refund due to the fact I took my pickup order out of the store before complaining. She says the manager said no refunds were allowed but then refused to give the managers name and said to use hers so here we are. Overall, this has been consistently the worst Wingstop I've ordered from, though other locations seem to be going a bit better. I would not recommend anybody ordering from here especially if you have a peanut allergy as I think they're using peanut oil without disclosing it.

  So disappointing! The lemon pepper wings and garlic parmesan wings tasted like they had no seasoning, and the fries didn’t taste that good either!
