Several years ago we carried Allstate. When our premiuns went form$160 to $200 a month, we switched. When those premiums went from $140 to $200 we swithed back to Allstate. Our premiums have gone up from $141 to $161 in just month. What a scam. We've had zero claims.

when you answer the phone you should be kind, your attitude over the phone shows. Why must you talk and say every word long,( looonngg) and like you have a clothes pin on your nose and sound snobby and winey?
You sounded like you didn't like your job, I was bothering you for calling- you cut me off and spoke to me like I was stupid. I'm not stupid and have dealt with insurance and insurance companies probably longer than you've been alive.
I felt bullied on the call and unheard. Do you speak to your parents that way, Cory??
I certainly hope not, and I'm sure you'd not appreciate someone being hateful to your mom either. So the next time you answer the phone and you're trying to do your job maybe do it , a little kinder because you never know whose mom you're being rude to!!
On top of that ,we pay your salary! If it wasn't for us customers you would not be employed!!
Put yourself in a customer's place put yourself in your elderly parents place imagine trying to talk to a snot-nosed kid on the phone who's rude and hateful you would not like it either.
answering the phone hateful and somebody yelling in your ear and cutting you off and talking to you like you're dumb, is not really a way to keep customers.
Rates for home and car has insurance has gone up even with taking everything off that you can possibly take off and still ridiculous -
homeowners insurance went up nearly a thousand dollars more a month with no claims in over ten years -and they have no explanation and there's been no catastrophic storms for them to use that as an excuse to rebuild -
it's just another way to pay the higher UPS a bigger bonus every year at the cost of US little people.
Emma has been helping me for a decade now and her professionalism and customer service is the best!
