  I have lived in the neighborhood of this subway for 20yrs and the customer service is just terrible. The older lady with the heavy makeup is just RUDE. No matter how polite you are she acts as if she doesn't want to service you. I went to hand her a coupon and she stood there frowned and stared at the coupon. Never reached for it just stood there. When I asked what was the problem she stated " I don't do coupons!" Then the Love's employee came over and grabbed the coupon from me. Now I know for a fact that this lady has worked here as long as I've lived in the neighborhood, so you mean to tell me that she has not learned how to ring up a subway meal using a coupon?? This tells me that you don't have any ambition to move up and couldn't care less about the advancement or representation of The Subway brand. Terrible !!!

  This morning around 4:27 AM, I stopped at the Subway inside the Love’s Truck Stop. The employee, a male wearing a black mask, was preparing my sandwich. During this time, I noticed that he repeatedly pulled his mask down, frequently touched his mouth, and even placed his finger in his ear while preparing my food. Because of this, I felt very uncomfortable and decided to walk away without taking the sandwich. This behavior made me very uncomfortable, and it appeared that he may have been doing it intentionally. I believe this raises serious food safety and hygiene concerns.

  When I walked in the manager was wiping off the counter and changing out food containers. I asked her to change her gloves and she stated I was just wiping the counter and then went in the back and did not come back out. The other young lady took her gloves off washed her hands put on a new pair of gloves and prepared our sandwiches. This was very unprofessional and I will be contacting the corporate office
