  Give Kathy a raise NOW , shes low-key to good for this place. She's so sweet! Its always a blessing seeing her when me and my bf walk in after our shift at work. 💙🩵

  I come in late Thursday nights and always hope to see Cathy. She's very kind and nice to talk to, and even though its late she always maintains a very kind demeanor. Personally I'd say she deserves a raise or promotion or anything of the sort.

  I have lived in the neighborhood of this subway for 20yrs and the customer service is just terrible. The older lady with the heavy makeup is just RUDE. No matter how polite you are she acts as if she doesn't want to service you. I went to hand her a coupon and she stood there frowned and stared at the coupon. Never reached for it just stood there. When I asked what was the problem she stated " I don't do coupons!" Then the Love's employee came over and grabbed the coupon from me. Now I know for a fact that this lady has worked here as long as I've lived in the neighborhood, so you mean to tell me that she has not learned how to ring up a subway meal using a coupon?? This tells me that you don't have any ambition to move up and couldn't care less about the advancement or representation of The Subway brand. Terrible !!!

  The young lady that took our order; seem as if we wronged her in some way or just didn't want to be at work so she spoke very low and had a look on her face as if she really didn't want to be bothered 🤦🏿‍♂️🤦🏿‍♂️just uncaused for
