It took close to 15 minuted to get through the line despite there being 5 employees at the counter and was definitely not worth the wait. The man at the the start counter immediately starting arguing with the customer in front of me when he made it to the front of the line because he grabbed a random bread and the customer didn't want that kind. The employee said he "couldn't have" any of the other baked bread sitting behind him and he could only have one of the 8 loaves in a box next to him (they all looked like the regular wheat bread). The customer again said he that wasn't the kind of bread he wanted and the employee continued to press that the customer couldn't have anything else with no explanation as to why. He went back and forth with the customer giving no information beyond that he wouldn't let him have the bread he wanted. Eventually he told the customer he could have one of those loaves if he waited 2-5 minutes.
When it was my time to order, they took away the avocado as I was ordering. At this point my other ordered sandwich was done and my flight would started boarding in about 10 minutes. I asked if they had more and I was told it "wasn't ready" and he wanted away. The lack of avocado made a significant difference in what I was ordering. I paid $30 for two sandwiches that took an excessive amount of time to make and one not being what was wanted.

I normally never leave bad reviews, but my experience at this Subway in Dallas airport was honestly terrible. There were around 6 Middle Eastern men working when I went in, and the employee making my sandwich was extremely rude and careless. He literally threw all of the ingredients onto the sandwich without even paying attention to where they were going. The sandwich completely fell apart by the time he was done making it.
The entire interaction felt dismissive, and disrespectful. As a woman traveling alone, I felt very uncomfortable and unwelcome during the experience. It was so poorly made that I didn’t even eat the sandwich after buying it. I expect basic professionalism and decent customer service, especially at an airport location. Easily one of the worst Subway experiences I’ve had. I have never ever had men treat me like that.

Service was 🗑️ and mainly from the female employee who seems to be like the team leader or manager in charge? Today may 9th,2026 around 12:28 pm. She makes a face when you ask for certain item and has an attitude overall. This employee was not wearing hat and was working the cash register

I walked up to the counter and the employees were just talking. The starter was playing on her phone with gloves on and she tried to make my sandwich. I asked her to change her gloves and she rolled her eyes. She had her phone on a food contact surface, as well. Disgusting. They were out of all the slices meats. I ordered a BLT. They tried to charge me for a bacon egg and cheese. Then, they tried to charge me for double meat- which I did not ask for. They were talking back and forth on the line instead and taking care of the guests. The bread was burnt and definitely not up to standard. Pretty disappointing. I tried to do a survey on the subway site, but the store number would not pull up!
