Be sure you tell them that you want your hot sandwich toasted, other wise you’ll be eating icy chicken. Ask me how I know. I ordered a chicken teriyaki sandwich on the app, a sandwich that is meant to be served hot. I got my order and left the restaurant, but came right back after taking a bite out of icy chicken in the sandwich. I went back and told them that they gave me an icy sandwich. Their way of making it right was to hand pick the chicken out of the sandwich and “toasting” it. I was extremely disappointed because I expecting them to remake the sandwich to correct way. Instead they gave me back a messy sandwich with veggies that were now toasted along with the chicken.

When I came to the food place (I dare not say restaurant) the door closest to the main lot was locked and I had to walk around to the side. Upon entering there were three guys giggling in the corner and one woman behind the counter. I ordered my sandwich with double meat (was charged too) but was very clearly applied deluxe as the guy handling my order seemed to be checking if I noticed.
When I stepped away to get a drink I was handed off to the young woman while the original guy catered a younger woman beside me. In the hands of this younger woman I could see she was agitated by her colleague but still remained vigilant on getting my order right.
Another guy handle my cookies, while the young woman packed my order. Once finished I had to wait awkwardly while the shift lead (the first guy) finished on the other register. He then rang up my order but forgot what I ordered, I told him the order he gave me and he proceeded to ring me up extra for meat I didnt get.
When I payed I awaited my receipt but I guess the three guys were playing practical jokes because the shift lead ran from a colleague and got chased by the other two. I stared awkwardly at the young woman for a about half a minute before she reluctantly gave me my receipt.
I feel bad because clearly she was the only professional one there, my food to say the least was about as good as Subway gets. However the obscene service I witnessed was enough to never make me come back.

I want to know who it is in charge of this place these boys are playing out here videoing each other foot racing out here and then they have two loud trucks that they're playing with out here while they're supposed to be working on very sure whitesmoking or tires out here playing I don't know who owns this place but it seems like they don't care there's reviews that this place I've seen so much here I'm at the motel on business here and I've seen so much with these punk kids why would you hire someone like this do you not care about your business
I don't understand the lack of attention, food safety and customer service all which are completely disregarded at this location. Four kids working without supervision. No lettuce, bits of tomatoes, the spinach was soggy at best. My wife's bread was stale. I hope for the manager or the franchise owner to contact me. I got some words to share!
To run a successful business, it's essential to have attentive, customer-focused employees. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.
I placed an online order for pickup, expecting it to be ready when I arrived. Instead, there were four customers waiting ahead of me, and one person left without being served because of the delay. When the staff finally acknowledged those of us waiting, the employee spoke so quietly that no one could hear or understand what was being said.
This experience reflected a lack of urgency and customer service. I hope management will address these issues by ensuring employees are properly trained, engaged, and committed to providing the level of service customers expect from a brand like Subway!
