    orders a foot long and half the ingredients are missing. definitely not tipping anymore! what’s the point if they don’t even make it right

    So, I came to get a bowl. There are three young men behind the counter working, and besides myself one other person in the store (but I guess he is there chilling with his friend(s)). I wait awhile, two of the guys are doing to-go and the third - is just present. There is light banter amongst two of them and the guy that is there to hand. The third finally realizes that he is the only free to help me (again im the only one in the store actually there to order, And Ive been waiting). He goes, "What would you like?" I respond, "A Bowl." Which he then informs me they have no lids. I normally have no problems here. The Manager and a lot of the other staff stay on top of things. Maybe today was an off day or something, but yeah I just left. We will try again some other time.

    Came in at 6:20 and there was a small line which is fine, but an employee with dreads was cussing a ton, slamming things down. Mumbling under his breath, he was doing online order while a gentleman was working the line. I give a hand to the guy helping the line staying calm and polite during this all. This is our usual go to for subway but this certain young man obviously doesn’t like his job, the past few visits it’s always something. As we’re checking out a mom and kids come in and he looks up and says some more things under his breath then cusses again. Very unprofessional and inappropriate

    The quality of the food at this Subway has declined over the past few years. I'd order subs for pickup in the app, and they'd only be wrapped in the outer Subway paper (which is thin and the sauce will soak through). Simple requests like "Label each sub" have never been followed. I had to stop getting olives since the last time I did, they tasted rancid. My last order came made on stale bread. I don't think I'll be back.

    Went there Saturday April 18th, everyone looked depressed and like they hated their job, the girl that took my order snapped at my husband saying “what do you want” and just had an AWFUL attitude the whole time. My family and I were not pleased with the experience we had. Fast forward to today April 20th they have made my sub wrong and I have tried to call and call and no answer. This is my second time ordering in hopes they will get it right this time. This is ridiculous. The worst subway I have ever been too.
