  A short hair lady was being rude when i walked in and she said im only taking online orders and my mother asked why to me and she had a attitude and said “cause im busy thats why” and wasnt able to order

  Placed order online. Came to store and only ONE employee is working. About 10 construction workers where here when I showed up. But still there is ONLY ONE employee here??? Don't think I'll ever come back to this location. Not the first time there has been a problem when I've came to this location.

  Visited on 8/26/26 during lunchtime. I really liked the music and overall atmosphere. Unfortunately, the customer service experience wasn’t the best. The gentleman taking orders appeared to be on a personal phone call while helping customers. When it was my turn, he initially didn’t look at me and asked, “What can I get for you?” Since he was still on the phone and wasn’t making eye contact, I assumed he was speaking to someone else. He asked again and finally looked at me, so I realized he was talking to me. Throughout the order, his communication came across as a little rude and unwelcoming, including phrases like, “What do you want?” I understand everyone can have an off day, but being on a personal call while taking orders and the way I was spoken to didn’t make for a great experience. On a positive note, the lady who handled the veggies and checked me out was great. She had a good attitude, was friendly, and provided much better customer service.
