Terrible service, sat for 10 minutes, didn’t do the doordash orders at all. Got time to sit here and write a review about how terrible they are.

Valerie was Awesome!!! Dinner time and the store was crazy busy. Valerie greeted and welcomed every customer that walked in with a genuine smile while she continued serving her customers. Absolutely awesome Customer Service and very well prepared sandwiches made to order. Great Job Valerie, You are Amazing!!!
Ordered a high protein pack at Subway located at 8520 North Beach Street (the chicken ranch one) and was very disappointed. I've ordered them before and never had any problems customizing the ingredients at other Subways because there are certain things I can't eat in them, but was told at this location I could not customize it; that the wrap had to follow the exact ingredients and no substitutions are allowed. Then the amount of chicken placed in it was pithy. I thought it was supposed to be "high protein" but the amount of protein I received sure as heck didn't match the 24 grams advertised. 5 strips of chicken doesn't equal that. Then, there's my rewards; I was unable to get credit for my points because it kept saying there was a problem with my rewards and to contact customer support. It hasn't worked in years and I've contacted customer support before, (to no avail as it still hasn't been fixed) so I've never been able to redeem the points for free Subway sandwich or earn points for a free Subway sandwich and that is quite irritating as this is the second time I have tried. Then, there is the lady who works there who made my sandwich; unprofessional for not covering up all of the tattoos on her arms, no name tag, with a bad attitude to boot. No greeting, no smile, she looked frustrated; as if she didn't want to be there. Good customer service is the key to repeat business and I won't be visiting this location again. I also want all my points, plus free points for all the sandwiches I've missed out on because my Subway rewards have not been working and some free sandwiches (separate from the points) as an apology for the inconvenience this has caused. I love to eat at Subway and it's very disappointing that I have had so many issues. Heck, I even worked for Subway for 9 years. I just know I will not be visiting this location again and I will not be recommending this Subway to anyone. It's just so unprofessional.
