  Only had one person working the girl could not keep up with all the online orders and people walking in. She told me she was out of ranch because the container is empty, but I mean, surely they weren’t out in the entire building. I also did an online order so I already had all of my stuff paid for and did not get cookies because they were out of those as well. Getting really tired of putting online orders and people not having the stuff that they put online it’s unprofessional And there’s no way for me to get my money back .

  I was up there around 6:30 pm and there was some random lady asking me and other customers as we walked in and left too try and buy her groceries.... This is very unprofessional and should be taken care of immediately.. Whatever guy was working was very rude towards me and acted like he was not wanting to really work. Will not be coming back anytime soon..

  Slowpokes work here with no supervisor around. How do you run out of mayo in a SANDWICH place? Lettuce, Spinach and Cucumbers are browning and soggy. Burnt my Sub and didn’t cut it in half. This place is horrible

  Waited 10 minutes and no one came out to help, then I peaked into the back and saw a worker making out with her boyfriend. Do better. Your ok the clock.

  My husband and I stopped by at 9:45 on a Friday evening and received the best service from Jefferson. There was a long line and he handled it like a champ under the pressure of lots of people staring at him. I’m weary of coming to places like this sometime due to the cleanliness but after observing how he continuously was wiping down everything and changing gloves and washing his hands - I truly wasn’t worried at all. We will come back to this location, also my sandwich was delicious 🙏🏻
