  I just spent 6hrs on a train and come into get get food. I didn't have much money so I see the $6 meal thing and for Sunday it was the spicy Italian and I never had it before So I ask for that. The first guy puts the meat on it toast it and hands it off to the next guy. The second guy asks what type of vegetables I want and I say idk I ordered the spicy Italian I don't know what normally comes on it. He stares at me and ask again what vegetables I want? I say I haven't had it before idk what comes on it and he just stares at me. So I tell him I guess lettuce and onion. He then asks what sauce and I say dude I ordered the spicy Italian isn't there a specific way it's made? He just stares at me again.... Ok just put some honey mustard on it. He does wraps it up and passes it to the register. As I sit down and eat it it's kinda odd cause I'm not sure what meat is on it and I had them throw stuff on I would usually put on my build your owns and it don't mix well. I google the sandwich and how it's made and yes it turns out there is a specific way it's made and I just got some random hodge podge sandwich cause he didn't have a clue or even try to listen/understand what I was saying. Thanks guys guess I'll wait 3 hrs for my next train with the like weird sandwich I have now.

  They just have kids there ' They dont know what there doing at all ' looking all confuced . When i came in they where just sittimg in the lobby then whent back to their station ' They dint do the sandwitch propertly ! Its the second time going there ' and both experience been bad ' Theh need to hired people that actually want to work and know what there doing honestly . And someone should come in and train them better ' becajse there just terrible .

  Horrible service .we were first in line. There were three guys working one guy took the first person in our party of three order he was new and slow but was not trained good they must oflet him just go on his own. then five more customers came in after us and instead of helping the slow guy and taking the rest of our partys order who came in first they passed us and took the five peoples orders and checked them all out and then came back to take our order.first in last out then when I gave them coupon they couldn't take it because they said some stores take the coupon and there's don't but it took the last lady's coupon that checked out before us they should of said it was wrong coupon that I noticed later is why it didn't take.none of the five people behind us orders were ordered on the app or called in ahead they ordered like us in the store will never go back they deserve no stars for this service
