    Worst customer service ever! Server 1504 at the Trail Lake location deserves to be fired immediately. She was cursing and slamming doors and food around. Will never return to this location. Wish I could give a negative rating

    This location needs to do a better job of training the new employees. The lady working tonight 6/4/26 did not know how to ring up the 6 inch flatbread turkey and did not know how to ring up the sandwich and was trying to charge me 6.87 for the 6 inch sub of the day. I waited patiently while they took ten minutes for 2 customers in front of me to tell me it was that price because I ordered the flat bread. Disappointing. Wasted 15 minutes not to get my order. I really don't blame the employee because seemed to be unsure of how to do the job correctly, efficiently, or with any type of confidence. Most of the regular employees are great but this is my first bad experience and I will be not stopping if the same employee is working

    I went to this particular subway today with my Lady and there was an elderly hispanic man with Spanish being his first language he didn’t really understand english to well and he was on the phone with his daughter. While we waited behind him in line to order the worker skipped him and My lady didn't notice so I asked her to come back and let him order and the worker started getting rude with the older man and kept saying “why are you on the phone?” and he tried ordering and he was trying to say what he wants from the menu but the worker started saying “what bread, what bread, what bread?” mind you every-time i’ve been to that subway shes always been rude. Anyways after that my lady helped him out because shes bilingual but its super sad to see these kind of workers treat people who don't speak english as there first language and after seeing a lot of these reviews saying the workers are rude I'm honestly not surprised hopefully they fix this issue soon.
