I’d like the store manager to reach out to me via email if possible, have recorded proof of your employee double charging me and not giving a refund after I was charged. I left the food there with everything recorded start to finish. I’ve yet to get my refund and I don’t want to go to the extremities. Thanks
I order two subs.. both were made completely wrong! I called for help and was told he would let the manager know and I could come the next day for a replacement so I called ahead and was told well we know nothing about yesterday and it’s nothing we can do call corporate about it. Both employees where very rude all I wanted was my stuff fixed
Roaches in your facility. Older white lady IS the manager. She is the WORST. She hates her job. I tell her a footlocker herb an cheese and very loudly "is that 6 inch or footlong" ... I repeat myself FOOTLONG i tell her its a TITAN TURKEY She puts 6 pieces of meat on it. I tell her i wantextra sweet onion with mayo. She put one line of each and says "veggies" I ask her "can I have extra sweet onion" and she gives me the most disgusted look before putting another single line of sauce. I tell her I want everything but lettuce and she only put 4 cucumbers, 6 olives and 4 tomato slices with the BIGGEST handful of banana peppers and jalapenos. She starts overly exaggeratingly closing my sandwich With her knife like it was the biggest sandwich on the planet. I put my moms phone number in to rack up points and she prints me a receipt an tells me to have a good day. I explain to her I haven't paid yet and she says "oh well the account had a free footlong on it so I just assumed you wanted to use it" UHM WHAT?! NO you are supposed TO ASK if we want to use our coupons.... Now my mother's subway is empty and im getting backlash from my mom because of a worker and im getting told "there's nothing we can do about the points" WORST WORST WORST restaurant experience i have ever had.

Hey, I went to try to buy a sandwich and the guy behind the counter was slow looked like he was in a bad mood so I walked out. They got bad customer service stay away from these clowns

Marco and Primrose did a fantastic job. Food was really good and Primrose had a really positive attitude.
