  What a wonderful experience I had! Showed up about 15 minutes till closing, and Nikki was so sweet, kind, and welcoming. She didn’t have a problem with me showing up as late as I did, walked through the door and welcomed me with a big smile and asked how I was doing. While making my sandwich, she asked if she put enough of what I wanted on there and if I wanted more. Such a wonderful gal!

  The subway app sent my online order to a subway that was much farther than the subway right across the street. I called another subway. She said the subways are getting inundated with spam calls. She said she would try to get her manager to cancel my order. As no one answers the phone at 2421 Westport parkway suite 700 Fort worth texas 76177 This was very frustrating on our end, since that's a pretty long drive Wish there was a way to cancel order in app.

  1:35 pm and the doors are locked. Lost a customer permanently. People inside. 1:53pm, watched the employee unlock the door to let 1 person in then locked it again. Another patron pulled up and left. By law the doors are supposed to be unlocked if the space is occupied by anyone that is not an employee.
