I’ve been to Subway a few times, and one thing I’ve learned—if you’re ordering from this location, it’s definitely better to go in person rather than using the app or placing an online order.
Every time I’ve ordered online, something ends up missing or not fully complete, which gets frustrating. But when you go into the store, everything is done right. The sandwiches are made correctly, the portions are on point, and overall the experience is way better.
Customer service here is great. The staff is always friendly and helpful, which makes a big difference. The only thing I’ve noticed is that there seems to be a lot of turnover—you don’t always see the same employees when you come back—but regardless, the service has consistently been solid.
Overall, I’d recommend just walking in and ordering. You’ll get exactly what you want and have a much better experience.
