This Subway is absolutely horrible!
Manager is always intoxicated
The workers seem to always have an attitude
Sandwiches come out sloppy and hard to eat.
This isn’t the first time either.
We decided to give this location at least one more chance and they blew it tremendously.
They need to hire ALL NEW EMPLOYEES, even the manager (who smelled like straight alcohol)
Coop and Roog are amazing! Hopefully I spell there names right , They’re always respectful, kind, and professional. They made my order perfectly with no attitude or complaints. I’ve been coming here within the past week, and I honestly prefer when they’re working. They make the whole experience better every time!

My question is how hard is it to read a mobile order? How in the hell do you switch the bread to two totally different sandwiches It’s not hard to read off what the order is that’s called pure laziness

Had tried to order the BOGO online it would not let me order the way I wanted to order so my husband was in the store while I was ordering. I told him to let the cashier or the person no that what I was putting in there. It wasn't allowing me to put what I wanted on my sandwich so I asked could she hear me so I could tell her exactly what I wanted on my sandwich? I was able to pay for it but I asked for a specific bread which was only wheat and she gave me white so when he got home and he gave me my sandwich it was with white bread so I had him to take it back and she refused to make the sandwich over when she clearly heard me say on wheat and then she told him that if he wanted to have him remade he would have to pay for them. Again. Very unprofessional and they love to shut things down before the store closes because they don't want to dirty up the kitchen. They tried to make sure everything is already clean by the time. 9:30 comes at night and then they mop the floor and the floor is very wet without putting a wet floor sign down. I almost slipped. I tried to reach out to a manager. They don't answer the phone and I don't understand why because there's hardly anyone in that store now. I love my Subway. Don't get me wrong. I never ever try to bash anyone but this is ridiculous and this is like the third attempt. The first time I went in the manager had cut off the online ordering and they had to turn the internet back on. In order for me to even place the order and the young lady there in the store she allowed me to go online and order it. Also at that time didn't allow me to put in what I wanted so she just said just type in anything and just tell her what I want it. So again it won't let you do what you want to but while you're in the store telling them what you want, they have a complaint about you doing that and they make the sandwiches wrong
