  I have been this location for several times I am not happy with what I have been through today earlier from this location, and unfortunately,it was even worse then the first time . This is one of the worst experience I have had ordering food. Two employees were sitting down on their phones, and there was no greeting or acknowledgedment when I walked in. The woman employee Roop taking my order seemed very inexperienced and difficulty to understanding what I was asking for..I also asked for jalapeño but instead of listing to my request she started to show me other teams . And she was rude. The guy came to help and he seems ok .,she did not wash her hand. It took several minutes just to ring up my orders, and she had to keep asking the other employee for help.Unfortunately, based on both of my experience,I will not be retuning to this location. .

  There’s an employee who was difficult to communicate with and became rude when I asked to change or add toppings. Instead of listening to what I wanted, they kept insisting on what they thought I had ordered. I understand there was a language barrier, but I should be able to change or ask for additional toppings without being spoken to disrespectfully.

  Went in 9/13/2026 to get a BLT, with extra protein. The woman working was sitting in a chair where you go into the back running her hands thru her hair! She then went to touch the white paper they make the sandwiches on without gloves or washing her hands! She then started making my sandwich, I did not complain, I should have, but I did not! She heated up my baccon and I told her I wanted mayonnaise, she put the bacon on the bread after heating and said is this all you want? I was dumbfounded, and told her I also like lettuce and tomatoes! I literally had to tell her how to make a BLT??? I know my story is long! I came the next day for a another BLT, I asked to use the restroom, she said the restroom is for paying customers only, I told her I wad going to get a sandwich, another BLT, then things went left when I told, her you treating me like this, when I did not complain about nothing you did the previous day! She did not like my response, and immediately pretended or actually called the police! She then revved up her engine when she was leaving cause I was taking pictures and somewhat bad video, she did not know, LOL, and could of hit me! I left and decided to come in the morning to talk to her manager! I told him everything listed here! His response! Well she already quit, citing her safety! His response now I have to work nights! I asked him, you don't care about hygiene or customer safety? He then said if you don't leave Im calling the police! Again for complaining! She told me to call customer service, which is all AI now and nonexistent! This is a pic of her right before she sped off unsafe!

  No one answers the phone. Called several times over a few minutes. Added extra to sandwiches not even on the receipt. Won’t answer to fix the sandwich before I drive up there to see if they even WILL fix this sandwich.

  All the workers are excellent. The food looks yummy and is yummy. I love the cookies here. Seems like they really care… love the two girls with glasses at night. So sweet.
