  Absolutely unacceptable. The employee with dreadlocks and glasses was one of the rudest, most disrespectful employees I’ve ever encountered. He was openly rude to my husband, my children, and even an elderly man who was simply trying to order his food. There was absolutely no excuse for the way he treated customers. If you work in customer service and can’t treat people with basic respect, you shouldn’t be interacting with the public. Watching him speak to an elderly customer with such disrespect was honestly disgusting. My family and I left feeling angry and disappointed, and we will not be returning. Management seriously needs to address this employee’s behavior before more customers are treated this way. No one deserves to be spoken to or treated with such complete disrespect, especially children and senior citizens.
