  We came in a couple of weekends ago on our anniversary and TJ made the experience so amazing! He was knowledgeable and presented us any piece we wanted to see. He was so helpful we came back today to get some glasses and he was just as helpful and welcoming. Thank you TJ!! We will be back :)

  Where do I begin!! The store in itself is beautiful, everything about it. The way the bags, shoes and clothes are displayed. The gentleman,that whom I’m assuming is the security guard, is dressed professionally and is welcoming. The staff works like a team, they present themselves with class. Most of all Dimitri, is the reason I came back and bought my first YSL bag. The first time I visited the store was in March, he had a huge smile on his face a treated me as if I was his only customer. I couldn’t purchase that day, but he was still so welcoming and reached out to me a couple of times after that, but was never pushy. To top it off when I walked in the door today he still had that beautiful smile on his face and was so excited to see me. I couldn’t believe he remembered me. Dimitri is an absolute GEM, an asset for YSL. My bag is absolutely stunning, it’s true luxury. I can’t wait to purchase my next bag and Dimitri will be the reason I will always come back to that store!! To say I'm impressed is an understatement!

  Best shopping experience ever. TJ is amazing. Actually all the staff are!! He was patient, knowledgeable, and kind. I have never been treated so well in a luxury store. He just goes above and beyond all expectations! Fabulous young man!! -Kris Russell
