  I called in to cancel my homeowners policy because they were too high. Four days later and they still have not completed my request. How can other insurance companies cancel in one day and these folks are ignoring my request. Not good business, now I am looking for another insurance company for auto coverage, I want nothing to do with Allstate. They appear to have very very poor customer care. I called on June 10th like Mark asked in the response from the agency. He was not available, also called customer service, according to them, there is a problem with thier processing system. Even a small mom and pop agency would have fixed this issue. They are building up charges even though I asked for the policy to be cancelled. Also told me that since it has been pending g since June 5th, there were nothing they can do waiting for under writing. So long story short if you cancel your home owner policy with Allstate they appear to have a problem with thier system, I wonder where is their tech team. I am now looking at filing a complaint with the Texas DOI and also searching to see how many times Allstate has done this to other customers wishing to cancel is this a pattern, um wonder.

  My mom wanted me to make a review for her to highlight the excellent customer service we received, she had worked with Lindsay almost daily to get a quote, she is so kind and helpful. We didnt end up going with her but we wanted to highlight her excellent work
