I truly appreciated her due diligence and professionalism.   Overall, it was a positive experience. My Roofer, S.W.A.T. Roofing & Contracting, felt that Allstate's original estimate was low, and so engaged their own adjuster, who turned in a higher estimate. That may just be the nature of the beast, I wouldn't know, as this is the first time I've had a new roof installed on my home, and so I was not experienced at it. Overall, I am very satisfied with the result.
