  FedEx keeps leaving packages at the wrong spot over in Lonestar 23 RV Park in Weatherford, and people's packages are getting destroyed by the rain. Fix it.

  This service center has a driver whose name is Oscar. He should be fired. Every time we have had him as our driver we never get the delivery. We have had shipments broken so they couldn’t be delivered. He has delivered to wrong address, he never has made a delivery to our address. His manager was supposed to call us but never did. This center is run by people who don’t care!

  Absolute garbage company. Packages never on time. Lost two of mine already. Customer service is the same response everytime.. “Please contact us to better assist you. Oh. Ok. We will open a ticket and do nothing about it. Wait until it randomly shows up or contact the shipper.” Oh and I love the videos of your drivers chucking my packages 10 feet towards my door. Real professional. UPS absolutely reigns supreme.

  Had a package scheduled for delivery that requires signature. FedEx came both days at the same exact time during working hours 11:30am. I’m sorry, most adults have jobs and have to go to the office. How about try a later time to make sure customers receive package.
