  Wish I could give it 0 stars but I can’t! This is the worst fed ex location! This is the second time the fed ex location from Fort Worth has lost a package of mine! It is very infuriating especially since the second package they lost is a replacement part that Delta’s Children send for my baby’s crib. Now I have to contact Delta’s Children so they can file a claim on my behalf. Either the Fort Worth fed ex location is not training their employees well or management is not organized. Please do better and reevaluate whoever is managing that fed ex!

  Shipping office I have no complaints delivery however need some work delivery of pallets didn’t tell me when and that I needed to sign keeper and no second try now I’m out the money because they say they were told delivery made

  My delivery driver went above and beyond getting my item to us the only issue I have is that they don't make sure the driver has the equipment to unload extremely heavy item nor do they have any help.
