  Terrible customer service. Managers standing around flirting with the staff, or chit chatting with their customers that are showing what they did on vacation. I came in for double sided printing, and was told that they can’t do that here. He told me I’ll have to figure out how to do it on my own with the other printer, was of no help on how to do so, he didn’t even know how to use it himself and then right back to talking with his friend about vacation.
