  Came in for print production and the employee who could've helped us had already left. However , another employee stepped up a produced a perfect picture. Can't tell you how appreciative of this employees service and effort. Well done!

  I ship almost daily, using USPS, FedEx, and UPS. Y'all are my favorite, by far. They move packages quickly and have consistently been a reliable resource. Shipping can come with some challenges but when things go wrong, this team provides quick resolutions. Thank you for taking good care of this important part of my small business. I really do appreciate you.

  Went in today for a quote for international shipment. One of them seemed lazy to give a quote and when asked about quote she didn't seem to eager to help. The other lady, Sabrina was the name was really rude. She kept on interrupting the other lady who was already least interested in giving quote. Wouldn't recommend talking to them or going to this Fedex location. Bad customer service.

  Awesome experience today. I felt valued and welcomed. Customer service was excellent. The store was clean and the employees were extremely helpful. To be honest it was the BEST FedEx experience I've had in years.
