  This location at N. Tarrant Parkway is, by far, the most unprofessional FedEx branch I have encountered in the Fort Worth and surrounding areas. As someone who submits printing orders almost daily across various locations, the contrast in service is stark. The branch appears severely understaffed, with only one employee present who was not even wearing a FedEx uniform. The lack of basic supplies on the counter—requiring customers to ask for simple items like paper clips or a stapler—further reflects a lack of operational standards. My experience with the printing service was particularly frustrating. While other locations utilize multiple printers to facilitate transactions efficiently, the staff member here insisted on using only one machine and stated she could not assist me immediately. This lack of urgency and refusal to optimize the workflow resulted in me canceling my order entirely. I consistently receive excellent service at the Southlake and North Richland Hills (Davis Blvd) locations, which highlights how much this specific branch is underperforming. FedEx needs to thoroughly evaluate the management, staffing, and professional standards of this location.

  The person working Friday 6/26/2020 approximately between 11:30 a.m. and 12pm was very rude. Argued with me about my children who cannot be left in the car by themselves, and are also under 10 years of age not be allowed in the store because of face masks. Even though the executive order from the governor states that children under 10 years of age are exempt from the face mask order. I had a face mask on. I only needed to drop off a small package that already had the shipping label on it, it was ready to go but o could even tell her that because she kept talking over me and interrupting me. Very unprofessional behavior, wasted more time arguing over something that would’ve taken a few seconds.

  Nick & Dare are the best in the business! I had to get my wedding invitations and labels printed here. They were fabulous with everything. I even brought none Avery labels. Dare hand measured everything for me. It was a total pain but he was more than willing to go above and beyond for me. I am so happy and elated. My invites look amazing!! Thank you so much guys y’all helped me so much!! I will be back for more printing you can count on that!!
