  I've had to use this store a few times over the last few years. It it pretty amazing that they have kept the same level of extremely poor customer service for this long. A true feat! Every time I need anything from this place the employees show level of indifference and dismissiveness that is second to none. I'll keep the rest of what I would like to say to myself.

  The place is inside a military base, you can not access if you are not authorized. There was no indication of that nowhere when I placed my order. I had to pay extra to have my package transferred to a different location.

  «I had a very disappointing experience with this location (Store #4505). I shipped a package on 04/20, but it was delayed due to a "sortation error" by UPS (it was sent to Wisconsin by mistake). I’ve tried to contact the store multiple times via email to request a refund for the shipping cost, but no one responds. I have the receipt and tracking proof of the error. Very poor communication and customer service.»

  This UPS store on Fort Sam Houston is very nice and the staff is always super friendly. You can walk in there and you can get your business done very quickly.
