  Never answer the actual phone and the app doesn’t work either. The times we’ve managed to go in person and place an order the food is not great.

  I ordered thru website and called store to make dietary request . They never answered the phone ! I was on hold for 30 min !! Order was picked up and delivered while I was waiting on phone still ! Come on people ! Answer your phones ! Your a business order was screwed up and if I could have cancelled I would have but of course they never answered !

  The crew member was very knowledgeable about the online ordering platform (I believe her name was Adriana). She clearly explained how to navigate the website and provided detailed information about the ordering process. Her positive attitude stood out throughout our interactions. She instructed me to place my order online to receive the "30 for 30" deal. Despite my wife calling the restaurant twice and asking several questions regarding my specific wing preparation preferences—extra wet with lemon pepper seasoning, cooked lightly (not too hard), and all flats (for an additional $3.00)—her positive and professional attitude remained consistent. She was patient, helpful, and attentive to my concerns, making the ordering experience pleasant and enjoyable.

  I dont remember the young man's name at the register the night of Friday the 22nd but he was Hispanic. He went above and beyond to make sure our experience went well. I watched as he greeted all the customers who came in. He was very polite/courteous to everyone who entered. He communicated very well and sis a great job in letting us know when our order would be ready ,and accommodating our request. I will return just because of him!

  Online order wasn't started until after I arrived. Multiple associates standing around eating in the kitchen. Phone going off and no one is answering. If y'all got cameras I would watch them if not I would invest because this behavior is hurting your reputation as a company.
