  Unfortunately, if I had to choose a wing place near me to eat. This will not be it. This is my 2nd time trying this location, I gave the first time a pass in hopes of a better outcome. Service is extremely slow, after arriving for my order I still had to wait an additional 15 minutes for my order that I placed almost an hour earlier. The cashier taking the orders was asking those who were placing orders at register about doing surveys, in exchange for free comped item... I wasn’t asked as I placed an online order but here is my survey for free.

  Called to place an order was on hold for 45 minutes. Drove to the store while still on hold. Asked for the mgr showed her I was still on hold. She stated that the phones didn't work offered nothing. Placed my order and still had to wait another 15mins for the food. Not a good experience at all.

  I ordered a six piece combo for delivery and when it came it was only five. I wasn't too mad but I just called to let them know they had made the order wrong. Before I could finish, they hang up on me. I tried to call back several times and they did not pick up.
