  I paid $116 for overnight delivery 5/18/26and still, 18 days later, the packages has not been delivered. Because I did it at the local store UPS cannot help me. When I called the local store they were so unhelpful and understanding of the urgency I cannot leave a good review. I am still waiting and my life has been severely affected. Only option the office gave me was to submit a claim for a refund. That doesn’t solve my problem of finding and receiving the package. I don’t understand how a package with a tracker is still missing g and no one can give me answers. UNACCEPTABLE.

  One staff member was friendly, but the rest were extremely rude. There was no line, so I had to wait for someone to help me return my package. Eventually, a staff member came to assist me, but she didn’t even greet me or speak to me. I still said thank you, but she didn’t respond. In the future, I’d rather go to the Heath or Rockwall branch, where the staff is much friendlier and more helpful.

  Not much needs to be said. You know when you walk in and 5 employees are there in front....no one greets you..not even the older manager. And then they say "come up" ....what the? Meaning "come up" to the register...Let's get some training in there UPS
