  I had a great experience with this UPS employee. They were extremely kind, personable, and professional while helping me overnight an important letter. They took the time to make sure everything was handled correctly and made the process easy and stress-free. Their friendly attitude and willingness to help really stood out. Excellent customer service and a great representation of UPS!

She took the time to answer all of my questions, explained my options clearly, and made the entire process quick and stress-free. It’s rare to find someone who combines efficiency with such a warm and welcoming attitude. Keko truly went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience.   The customer service was absolutely amazing. From the time I got there to the time I left, the atmosphere was very pleasant and personable. Ms. Williams was very knowledgeable and made me feel like family. I will definitely be coming back!!
