  Today I didn’t feel like cooking so after shopping in Walmart I stopped in subway and London Janaiya and Amariey were absolutely amazing friendly and fast I found my new lunch and dinner spot.

  If I’m not mistaken, this is the Subway located inside the Walmart in Forney. I wanted to take a moment to recognize the manager, Jodie, for being so kind and welcoming to us! As a leader, Jodie has done a great job with her team. They were very attentive, hands-on, and made sure our order was prepared exactly how we wanted it. That kind of customer service definitely deserves recognition! I also want to shout out Zach! He had a great attitude, was very friendly, and provided exceptional service. Thank you, Jodie, Zach, and the entire team for making our experience a great one! ❤️👏🏽

  Poor response. No one tells you your order is ready not even an email. No one picks the phone or calls to let you know. Poor service. I ordered double meat and got no lettuce and one order of meat missing. Very very poor service.

Unpleasant body and uniform odor: Staff interact with customers smelling of cigarettes, which damages the franchise's image and leads to customer complaints. Required Action: I request that management review this situation, implement appropriate corrective measures, and urgently reinforce training on handwashing and customer service.
