  This Fedex location charged my elderly mother $1800 to send some of me personel effects to Vietnam, they had her unpack and itemize and declare everything while they watched before shipping. It is all used, because it is personal items. It is ILLEGAL to send used items to Vietnam. My mother did not know this. They either STOLE the money to generate business knowing full well that they can not ship these items or they are completely ignorant to international shipping laws are are offering services that they know nothing about. FEDEX has not been helpful and is just giving me the run around, will not deliver the items because it is illegal to do so (convientently they suddenly realized it), and are threatening to charge me storage or disposal fees. I am hoping that this review will create some action and they will refund my mother and return the items to her.

  I am writing to report extremely unprofessional and rude customer service at the Forney Walmart FedEx Office location today (Monday, May 18). I came in to print urgent, time-sensitive international passport and visa applications for an emergency flight. Instead of being helpful, the staff member was incredibly impatient, rolled their eyes at me repeatedly, and acted like helping me was a burden. Dealing with emergency travel documents is already stressful enough, and being treated with such disrespect and hostility by the staff made the experience much worse. Management needs to train this staff on basic customer service, patience, and respect. I expect better from FedEx

  Monique was very kind and helpful! Quick visit! It is difficult to locate the FedEx as the sign is on the opposite end of the Walmart from the location inside Walmart. The FedEx is accessed by entering the Market side doors of Walmart and the turn left. Again, it is NOT located on the store end with the FedEx signage.
