I am writing to report extremely unprofessional and rude customer service at the Forney Walmart FedEx Office location today (Monday, May 18). I came in to print urgent, time-sensitive international passport and visa applications for an emergency flight. Instead of being helpful, the staff member was incredibly impatient, rolled their eyes at me repeatedly, and acted like helping me was a burden. Dealing with emergency travel documents is already stressful enough, and being treated with such disrespect and hostility by the staff made the experience much worse. Management needs to train this staff on basic customer service, patience, and respect. I expect better from FedEx
