  Two days ago, I went to this shop to pick up a package and showed my phone to the young man working there; without my consent, he added a review of the place. I found this disrespectful and unprofessional. He could face a lawsuit for using my data

  Went for an Amazon return. Two separate packages that were the same product but came at different times, so they had two different return labels. The two ladies working there insisted they had to be returned under the same return label and either taped or boxed together. These were TWO DIFFERENT packages with TWO DIFFERENT return labels that was printed. Insisted they won’t take it unless we buy tape to tape them together or a big box. Would not listen to the fact they were TWO DIFFERENT returns. Horrible customer service. Horrible attitudes. Seriously the most unhelpful and unkind people. And we have been there multiple times without issue before.

  I have seen several reviews complaining about the $1charge for taping boxes. While no one likes to pay extra, it's important to remember that small business have also affected by rising costs and inflation. Tape and packing supplies aren't free and these charges help cover those expenses and other operating costs. The staff at this store has always been helpful, honest, and professional as someone who has been coming to this store for the past 10 years. I am not writing this because I am friends with the owner or have any personal connections here. I think it's only fair to support local business instead of judging it over a small fee, and a little understanding and kindness goes a long way.

  Wow! This hometown one-stop shop really gave us thoughtful, cost-effective service today and problem solved to meet our needs. On short notice, they printed numerous documents on our behalf, organized and notarized for us and then shipped our docs overnight for an on-time delivery 24 hours later. What's more, they treated us like family, coming in early and planning success from the start. Thank you! You went the extra mile for us and took the stress level down significantly! UPS is lucky to have such competent teams carrying their company name!

  I had an amazing experience at the UPS Store. I needed to ship a sink to my father in another state, but I ran into a problem because it was extremely heavy and I couldn’t get it out of my car by myself. The owner Aamir, went above and beyond what I ever expected. Instead of just turning me away, he actually came to my house, helped pick up the sink, and made sure it was shipped safely and my dad got it 4 days later all secured and in good shape. That level of customer service is incredibly rare these days. I truly couldn’t have asked for more. They were kind, professional, and genuinely cared about helping me. Thank you again for making such a stressful situation so much easier!
