  I had a great experience using this UPS Store for shipping. The staff was incredibly helpful, efficient, and friendly from the moment I walked in. They handled my items with great care, securely packed everything, and made the entire process quick and stress-free. The store was clean, organized, and tracking my package was seamless.   Cheaped out on me by charging $3.50 for an Amazon shipping bag. Cheap plastic bag to fit box of shoes. The other UPS store, right down 407 from here hasn't charged me for cheap stuff like this. They told me, "well you know where to go next time". Rude!

  Went to drop some packages for return and these people wanted to charge me $2 to put a piece of tape on a box. What a joke. Would never recommend this place to anybody.

  Most ups stores charge $1 or don’t charge to print a label, but this one wants to charge u more and only tell you after printing the label. Stop trying to rip people off and change your by attitude as ur team isn’t very helpful . And I guess this goes for all ups stores since they are all franchises . FedEx does not charge for all these extra things , so avoid ups
