  This is hands down my favorite UPS Store! Everyone here is always so fast, efficient, and helpful. They make every visit so easy, even when they’re busy. Nook especially is an absolute gem! She is always so friendly, kind, and welcoming, and somehow manages to remember everyone who comes in. That kind of customer service is so rare these days and makes such a difference. She genuinely makes you feel like a valued customer every single time you walk through the door. I’ve had to do a couple of returns through FedEx recently, and it has been the complete opposite experience—so slow and inefficient. It honestly just makes me appreciate this UPS Store even more! If I’m ever given the choice between shipping or returning through UPS or FedEx, I will choose UPS every single time. Great employees, quick service, and such a friendly atmosphere. There are other locations closer to me, but I will happily go out of my way to come to this one. Nook and the whole team are the best!

  I had a lot of documents that needed to be printed out for my company and the staff was very patient and kind with me throughout the whole process. Khushi and Ahmed really helped me out and it really made my day! The customer service is amazing and the prices as well are very reasonable. I definitely recommend coming to this store for printing documents.

  I had a great experience at this UPS Store. Ahmed was especially kind and helped me with my shipment and made my Amazon returns quick and easy. I’ll definitely be coming back!

  I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was disappointing because it was completely avoidable. I came in with a very expensive prepaid UPS shipment ready to send. The only thing it needed was some tape to seal the package. I understand if the store has a policy to charge $1 for tape. Policies are policies. The problem wasn’t the dollar. It was the way I was treated. The employee at the front counter was extremely combative and came across as though I was inconveniencing her by asking to use the tape that was sitting on the counter. I even offered to tape the package myself, but she immediately responded that it would still cost $1. There was no attempt to be courteous or helpful. Customer service matters. I hope management takes this as constructive feedback. People generally don’t mind paying for a service when they’re treated with respect. But also come on… a dollar to use the tape…
