  I ordered online and the worker refused to serve me because his machine didn’t print the ticket. He refused to look at my phone, look at my order, look at every single bit of proof i could possibly give him, and yet, he refused to speak to me and help me. I didn’t get a refund, I didn’t even receive my food. He won’t allow me to even get a refund and they don’t answer there phone so I genuinely can’t do anything besides leaving a review. it’s insulting that someone like that even still has a job.

  The guy who is working to today has a bad attitude and talks shit. Avoid this place.

  The employee working there had a very poor attitude. He was an older Hispanic man who appeared to have limited English proficiency, but that wasn't the issue. He was rude, unhelpful, and didn't answer any of our questions. Instead, he simply told us to call him over when we were ready, then stood behind the cash register without offering any assistance. The restaurant was completely empty except for my family of four, and we were ready to spend our money there. Instead of making us feel welcome, his behavior made us decide to leave. We won't be returning as long as he's still working there. Afterward, I noticed that many of the recent one-star reviews mentioned what appears to be the same employee and described similar experiences. It's surprising that, after so many complaints, nothing seems to have changed.
