    I have been coming to this location for about 2 years now and I had the worst experience of my life today the only person working there was an old man. I tried to have a nice conversation with him but he was ignorant (understandable sometimes people have a bad day)whenever I asked to put anything inside all he had to say was no this is the footlong limit. I’m not that dumb I’ve been to subway multiple times this has never happened. On the other hand when I asked him to put crisps he only put in 5 pcs of crisps. After that I paid and left but within 2 min I came back to ask him to either put more sauces or refund the money he said no I won’t do it and when I asked for the manager’s number he ignored me and walked away. I called him multiple times and he was ignoring and hiding like a coward. I think you really need to see who should get hired. This is so disrespectful and rude. He won’t give a refund not put any extra crips or sauces or anything and he started throwing the tray on the slab ever since I first asked him to put extra onions. I didn’t know there is a 10pcs limit on onions per footlong. He won’t tell me his name.

    I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location. We arrived around 6:00 PM on Friday June 5th during what should be a normal dinner rush. The only employee working was mopping the floor directly in front of the counter and refused to allow us to approach the sandwich station to view the available options or place our order normally. Instead, he repeatedly told us to order from a distance across the restaurant. When I tried to understand the reason for this and simply asked questions so we could place an order, he became increasingly rude and dismissive. He also spoke to my husband in Spanish and continued demanding that we tell him what we wanted without allowing us to approach the counter. When I asked for his name, I believe he provided a fake one. The interaction ended with him throwing up his hands and walking to the back of the store. We ultimately left without ordering. I understand that cleaning is part of the job, but mopping directly in front of the ordering area during dinner hours and refusing to allow customers to approach the counter is not good customer service. More importantly, the employee's attitude and lack of professionalism were completely unacceptable. After reading other reviews, this does not appear to be an isolated incident. Based on the number of similar complaints, it gives the impression that management is either unaware of these issues or simply does not care enough to address them. Either way, the customer experience is suffering. This was a terrible experience, and unfortunately, we will not be returning to this location.

    This Subway is the worst I’ve ever been to! I should have read reviews before I went. The guy making the sub doesn’t speak English very well. It was like he was making his first subway sandwich. He didn’t put enough sauce or vegetables, so it was just bread and cheese. Avoid this place at all costs!

    Sandwhich artist was a bit rude and stand offish when I ordered my sandwich. I didn’t know that “build your own” left. And I asked when it left. All I got was a snarky “it’s been gone”. Decided to just order a spicy Italian, she told me I’m not allowed to customize it… I get she was new, but ignoring me while I ask to change the sub up due to some allergies to talk to manger, and slightly rolling your eyes isn’t great on you nor the store. I also didn’t feel very welcomed in… the whole transaction with her and me was just extremely unnecessarily hostile.
