  Just got charge 2 time the amount of last year and they say my phone and email is not known. Still can get any answer from the site as it does not know who i am.

  Have yet to actually speak to my agent since signing back up with Allstate. It seems it’s preferable that people do everything online these days. Regardless, the coverage for “under slab leaks” is abysmal. The years I’ve paid premiums to Allstate should count for something. Changes are coming.

  I have been with them for almost 2 yrs, but i am done for now. They never care about your time. I tried to bundle my home owners insurance policy with adding auto policy from them but they never answer phone call nor respond emails. It looks like they dont want their old customers
