  THe Office Staff is very good to work with. Everyone I have talked to has been very helpful and wonderful to work with. The problem is reaching them! When I call the Agents number on my papers It seems I''m transfered to the Main Allstate office somewhere up north. I first have to receive a text verification to get through to a represenative who then has to transfer me to the Mayberry office or a message is left and they call me. It's quite irritating and seemingly a step that is not needed just to talk to the Mayberry office. I don't know if I will continue with Allstate if this is the new procedure and i have to go throught all this red tape just to talk to someone in the Mayberry office. Hope they get this straight I really like the mayberry agency!
