  Ups delivers at reasonable prices. I recently sent a package on 7/28 from Texas to Georgia. The price I had in my head was magnitudes higher than what was actual. I was pleasantly surprised. As a small business owner, shipping can really eat into profits; UPS helps keep prices low.

  I think this store is wonderful. I have gone back many times and they have always been patient and very polite. I send my great grandchildren packages at least three times a year. I never had a problem with the staff. Last year I sent a package to my sister and it she supposed to received it in two days and a course it didn't arrived on time. I report it to the store and they put a claim for me. Yes it took quite a while to get a response. That's not the staff fought. That's UPS. When things don't go the way we think it should, don't take it out on the staff, they don't make the policy,they just go by them. We need to be more patient and kind to each other. After all we are human and sometimes we have bad days. The staff at the store has been wonderful to me. Keep up the good work.

  Guy by the name Eli was extremely rude. I’d rather drive to San Antonio. As soon as I walked in the building he gave an ugly look like if he was bothered or annoyed when I told him I was sending an item back He took my package from me aggressively and threw it on the scale to weigh it. After he printed my receipt he handed it to me and just walked away. Idk if that’s the customer service yall strive for but I definitely Felt uncomfortable leaving my item there

  I come to this location quite regularly. The staff are always very friendly and knowledgeable. Always recommend people here.
