  I had a very disappointing experience with Spencer, if I could give him zero stars I would. I was attempting to be added as an alternate pickup person for a package. Instead of listening to my concerns or explaining the process, he immediately became dismissive. He snatched paperwork from my hand, moved it to another desk, and treated me in a rude and unprofessional manner. Although Spencer claimed that I was being rude, I never raised my voice or acted disrespectfully. I was simply trying to understand my options and explained that I believed there was an Alternate Pickup Authorization form that could be completed. Rather than assisting me or clarifying the process, he continued to dismiss my questions and showed no interest in helping. It was only after I called the company’s customer service number and began receiving assistance that Spencer’s attitude changed. This interaction was unnecessary and left me feeling disrespected. Customers should be treated with professionalism, patience, and courtesy, even when there is confusion about a policy or procedure. I hope this matter is addressed so that future customers are treated with the respect and customer service they deserve.
