  If there is more than 1 person in line, good luck. I like their meatball subs but I can't wait 30 mins to get a sandwich. AWFUL and has been for years.

  A Hispanic woman who took my order was incredibly rude and had a terrible attitude about everything. When I asked if I could get extra pickles, she simply said “No” and then added, “You’ll need to pay extra.” Well, duh. Anything extra is now considered extra. Her attitude was simply rude. If you don’t like your job, then just quit

  No description or review needed for subway. This is a decent place in Farmers Branch Shopping center for a decent meal. My rating is based on the treatment I received. No complains on anyone. But few suggestions I would like to make as per my visits to this location from past 4 years. I find the staff to be little reserved and not paying attention properly to what the customer wants, but rather go with their own style of filling the wraps and subs. They are unwilling to add lettuce or onion and add very tiny portions to what usually other subways do the fillings. Staff needs to be well trained on how to treat a customer who walks in to the store be it old one or new. Firstly they have to be friendly and greet everyone pleasantly.
