  Went to the store to transfer my line from my dads account to my own personal acct and instead of transferring ! Crystal Mcwright added a new line with out my knowledge it was such a mess! thankfully! The manager At the store was super helpfull assiting me on correcting the issue super helpful.

  The lady Crystal MC , me atendió y yo hice cambios en mi cuenta eliminé 2 líneas y mi fecha de pago quedaría para el 19 , pero me cobraron por las tres líneas el día de hoy 26 de junio , y vine a la tienda pero no pudieron ayudar por qué no tenían internet lo estaban reparando , está persona Crystal MC como aprecio en mi recibo no hiso los cambios me engaño , tengan cuidado con ella no se los recomiendo

  I went to cricket and the manager Emi tried to do a credit with progressive leasing, everything went well but my card didn’t work at the time so I told her I was going to come back another day, I came back and Emi was not in the store and I ended up finding out that the lady that took care of my credit with progressive leasing was Emi’s boss, named Crystal McBride because I saw her name on my receipt and she was the one who charged me three times on my card and was very rude. I asked one of the ladies at the store, I can’t remember her name but she was really tall and she told me that was Emi’s boss. I will recommend to talk to any of the other ladies, they are nice and they had a great service but if you see this Crystal McBride, don’t do any business at the store, once again she is rude and she will overcharge you. This happened on June 18, 2026.

  Crystal helped me as soon as I walked in the door, was very patient even let me use her personal phone to call trying to get my number ported over. Helped me setup my account and my hbo max !! Very attentive . Left with all my needs taken care of ! Thank you Crystal
