  While placing an order with one of the workers she walked away and started taking a order at the drive-thru. She didn't say anything to me she just walked away. Wjat happened to first come first serve. Crappy customer service.

  Don't bother ordering online. Ordered at 6pm told to pickup at 625 show up n not ready told it would be another 10 -maybe minutes -because he had customers as why my order wasnt ready as estimated online. NOT THE FIRST TIME and certainly not my 10th time being told this. I always give them second chances but even when u walk up to order its always a line bc only have one person making sandwiches vs the old way when they had an assembly going. Maybe its just my luck but i doubt it as many locals complain about this same issue. Oh always was told they didnt have a certain sandwich- yet no communication prior to my arrival. Didnt even ask what i wanted on the substitute sandwich. Anyways while im waiting, a manger yelling at young man on the texas burger side bc he didn't put the tickets with the orders and it was his job as a cook. Proud of that young man bc most young teens these days would have talked back or quit on the spot.
