  I hate giving bad reviews however I have given this place numerous of chances. I tend to be a busy person so I tend to place my orders online. I placed my order, I went to pick up almost 30 minutes later because they never have my food ready when it’s scheduled to be ready. I get here and of course my food ISNT ready. So I placed an order almost an hour ahead to still have to wait. To make matters worse the girl working finds my order to make but then continues to make bread instead of making my food. So for customers planning on ordering ahead beware it probably won’t be ready😡

  I eat at subway everywhere in Texas The subways in Fairfield Tx actually cares about your food and the service is great everytime

  While placing an order with one of the workers she walked away and started taking a order at the drive-thru. She didn't say anything to me she just walked away. Wjat happened to first come first serve. Crappy customer service.
